Dont worry, Liz. I would be extremely careful and then decide to play it safe by not having one at all. I think I can do most things myself and if I cant I would pay a tradesman to come and do whatever, or ask a female friend to apply gooby to my back, or suchlike. |

Since my hands and arms are now a problem and I struggle to do up the hooks in the front fastening bra I now have, I just fasten the hooks on the bras first then slip it over my head (like a vest or t-shirt). Of course I then have to go to great pains to make sure I am properly positioned in the cups afterwards. |
