Morning (again) spoke to Jeans OH about an hour ago.
Jean is still on antibiotics waiting to see if they are doing anygood!!
She's abit peeved at being in there but as her OH says its making sure she rests!!
Will try and get to see her today or tomorrow:)

Sometimes hard to get rest in hospital, especially noisy at night and oh, the early morning starts ! Hope Jean's antib's will be working overtime.

Not long back from visiting Jean, what a palarva finding her...lol l went to one ward to find she was'nt there, they suggested l go to the original ward on entry to hospital, no she was'nt (of course), they looked it up for me and eventually l found her......cheeky monkey looked her watch and said its time to go now!!! lol...she was mistaken, l had half hour.

She is bored of course and still waiting for the scan to be done!! once they have the results from that they can decide what to do!
She walked to the lift to stretch her legs and off't l went to find l did'nt know how to get out........pressed the button, got out, it did'nt look right so l got back in, pressed button again, nope still not right, l found someone to ask this time, but what l was doing wrong was going to the wrong door in lift...it has a front and back, one of which l had my back to.....grrrr lol

Will try and see Jean again asap.

Jude, you need a sat nav in that hospital lol Glad you had a little time with Jean and hope things will be ok for her, why is the scan taking so long to be done?

Next time you visit, take a ball of string and tie one end to the door you came in by and then unravel it as you go, you can follow it back and re roll it as you get out lol

Hi Jude~~

Glad Jean still has her keen spirit.
It is boring in hosp if feel well enough to be home , but have to wait for tests etc.
The antibiotics seem to be having some good effect if she's able to walk to the lifts with you,
Those hosp lifts can be confusing :-)
You tend to stand at the back of the lift if you are first on and then a few more peeps get in, the all of a sudden the door( what you think of as the wall) behind you opens when you stop on another floor !

Liz...not sure other than a hospital being a hospital ...annoying!! Jean does have an appointment for 2nd Aug anyways, but hoping it will be done before that!!

Spoke to Jeans OH just now and he says nothing new happening. They do hope though the scan is done soon, no idea why its not. The reason to get into hospital was to have a scan and find out what was going on...!!!

Thanks for the update on our Jean;

Couldn't get thro to the ward you said she was on, went back to to admissions and they gave the ward she was transferred to.
But they were busy too.

You may want to check before you visit, as to which ward she is on now.
It's frightening going into a ward and finding they are not there , for whatever reason.
