	Don't know if any of you ladies did take up this, but I know do 45 mins aday 4 times a week and 20 mins for the other 3 days, I have lost nearly a stone and a half in weight... as well as counting cals :-D

	i was talking to another charity stall holder, it was very noisey, i thought she had said to me do you do zimmer classes, as i had my walker with me, i was a bit snotty and said 1 i dont yet have a zimmer and 2 i cant lift my arms above my head let alone a zimmer frame, she seemed a bit odd with me, i went into the kitchen and said i head someone sayr julie is doing that new zummba thingy, i appologised tale between my legs sorry. lol x :-0 :-0 tut tut tablet time xx

	Yes, I saw that too! How silly. I go to a Rosemary Conley exercise class with lots of ladies "of a certain age". Our instructor has brought in a bit of Zumba, have to say it is exhausting but great fun, using music from Asian, Jewish and Greek communities. My daughter goes to Zumba classes and loves it. Wii Zumba?? I must look for this! I am sick of Wii Fit.

	I didn't even know what Zumba was...I had to look it up!! :-D I think it would be too energetic for me.. Hope everyone is well and not overdoing it. xxx
