i was talking to another charity stall holder, it was very noisey, i thought she had said to me do you do zimmer classes, as i had my walker with me, i was a bit snotty and said 1 i dont yet have a zimmer and 2 i cant lift my arms above my head let alone a zimmer frame, she seemed a bit odd with me, i went into the kitchen and said i head someone sayr julie is doing that new zummba thingy, i appologised tale between my legs sorry. lol x :-0 :-0 |

Don't know if any of you ladies did take up this, but I know do 45 mins aday 4 times a week and 20 mins for the other 3 days, I have lost nearly a stone and a half in weight... as well as counting cals :-D |
