Got the marriage certificate this morning. It was the correct one. It appears she changed her name by deed to Geldart. She lied on her wedding certificate saying she was 31yrs old, when she was 39yrs old and her husband was 24yrs old, so could well still be alive! I can't believe she married someone 4yrs older than her own son!!! Unbelievable! Don't know the witnesses to the marriage, I'm assuming they must've been friends of theirs. |

I have Vera's birth certificate. Unfortunately, I gave all the certificates to my Dad and he lives in Wales, I live in Hertfordshire. I've copied the information from the certificates to my tree. If it helps, I can give you access to that? x |
