	I have managed to get the survey up by sending the addy in an email to myself.. I have also suggested Moderators on the boards watching for Abusive posts..

	On the site's page on facebook I have posted "To clarify my post above, I am sorry that I cannot recommend any of the message boards under the current situation of non-moderation for all but the success board."

	Sue in Leeds. Sometimes if I can't get a web site I copy and paste into a word doc, press return to change the addy into blue then press control and click the mouse. That should open it OK.

	Isent a message to Genes re question 13 and had a replu within 5 minutes. They have now amended the survey question 13 to add 'none of these apply'.

	I also had a problem with that one so checked something just to get past, OK they may not act on it but if we don't complete it we can't complain that they didn't ask us can we?

	I also had the same problem with question 13 so in order to go further I had to make a choice. I agree there should be "None of the above.

	Well I tried but it wouldn't let me go further because none of the options in Q13 applied. It's a bit daft to not have the normal 'non of the above apply' option.

	whats the point they wont listen they have to be seen to follow customer recommendations they dont have to follow them
