Just as I was about to send a message yesterday the computer went down becuse our Interenet failed...this happens quite alot where I live in Spain. Although I have not been posting on here for a while I have still managed to loose some more weight, and certainly need to buy some smaller clothes as jeans trousres are getting to the stage where they will fall down otherwise. |

Good luck with getting down to your desired weight for the Weddings Spanish Eyes. I am trying to stick to 3 meals a day - I prefer to have a reasonable lunch and smaller dinner as I am not so likely to snack at night as I am in the day. Snacks are mainly limited now to fruit - I actually really like fruit but when looking for a snack naturally think of chocolate instead - so that is a habit I need to change. |
