	Afternoon all, I am feeling a lot better today thanks, I thought it was going to develope into Migraine but it changed it's mind thank goodness :-D :-D. We went out to town this morning and had the lovely company of both girls. We all had lunch out so no cooiking :-D :-D :-D

	hi all hope you are feeling better LG no singing from the roof tops lol I have been a good girl froggy brought breakfast in so I indulged of course , I have read a chunk of stuff for assignment so to let it go in I have scrubbed yes scrubbed the shower quite embarrassed as there was heaps of dust in corners . under pipes etc so while its drying I am printing some posters off for tomorrow I still have a heap to work through got a hard chapter of theology done

	Morning we escaped the snow , but is is very cold and damp .I have been plodding I cleared the bin corner out ,cat litter etc washer is now on breakfast is done too I have upstairs to hoover too
