	Evening everyone, I've had an unusually busy day, had a hearing aid check up, donated some clothes and kitchen ware items to the Sue Ryder shop, had lunch with my brother and a top up shop in Waitrose, absolutely knackered so didn't't go to WW.

	well that was the first Shift over back in Friday and then Saturday . i feel as if I have never been off now ,it was sort of good to get back though .
