Evening YG, that sounds as though you had a lovely time yesterday. We dug the big fan out yesterday as it is very hot here with the sun full on the lounge all day. It was lovely in the car this morning with the air con on but it felt really hot as we stepped out of it. The gas man came to do the annual boiler check and he had to turn the heating on for a few minutes :-0

Its been a warm one today. I nipped down to the office and picked up a desk fan as it will be easier to use in the bedroom at night than the tower fan. There were several there last week, but could only find 2 or 3 so I think others have had the same idea!! They would end up going to a charity shop anyway or taken to the office in the smoke and they did tell us to equip our home office out ready for permanent remote working!!

I was AWOL last night as I went out with my buddy for tea and we had a lovely evening in a relatively new Tapas bar right at the side of the lake, so we were able to watch the beautiful sunset. The food isn't really to my liking an a bit pricey, byt hey ho :-0

Evening all, too hot :-P :-P :-P :-P. It flaked us out doing the weekly shop today

We are staying at home for most of the day today I think, but defo going out this evening when it has cooled down a bit.

Day off got washing going ,I am hosting a safeguarding training later so got some prep to do for that but later on I am just waiting for a call .then I can get some admin done .

Sweating off some weight?

Evening all, it has clouded over this evening but it is still 26 Degrees. We gave the kitchen a good scrub this morning and spent the afternoon putting down the new flooring in the bathroom. Both very hot jobs :-D :-D :-D

Well it has got colder today 18c and raining so that is a good deal me thinks. :-D :-D

Everywhere here has air con so it's good indoors.

We have just watered the garden and feeling a bit cooler now it is dark

I would definitely be grumpy with that heat, ZZzzz :-D

It's 32c here now and it is 4pm, tomorrow will be hotter.

It was 16degs at its highest today, now around 10degs :-) The cloud has kept the temperature down today, but tomorrow will be much warmer, so worse for you too!!

I have to go to see the ENT consultant tomorrow for the MRI scan results. As it has taken about 2 months, I can't think that it is urgent!!

We have all the doors and windows open and just waiting for it to cool off a bit more before watering the garden 16 degrees now
