Morning all, just back from the usual Thursday trip into town. It is greening up a treat here and no watering the garden
:-D :-D :-D. My grass is always green as it is artificial,not my choice but it was here when we moved in. I much prefer the real stuff.

LG, I don't cope with fads very either, if we asked what was for dinner mum would say if it's, if it's on your plate you will eat it.
Maz. We have had a fair amount of rain but it hasn't much of an impact on the garden, there will be more throughout the day and thunder storms, I like thunder storms.

we are getting lovely and green again although its a bit late to save the early onset of autumnal trees

No you were not :-D. We had the same and still are with youngest :-|.Her worst phase was going Vegan and she almost killed herself through not eating properly. Did she learn from it, no she didn't she still gets stupid ideas :-0.The latest one was the last time she visited and asked if my meat was Halal, not it isn't and never will be.

Our son went through the fussy stage a few years ago, he didn't like meat, anything remotely meaty including gravy so I dished him up a plate of peas. :-D, I was a cruel mother.

Afternoon all, we have had some heavy showers today which is typical as I had just put 2 loads of washing on the line. I am wondering what this world is coming to reading about the morons throwing white paint on the gates by Big Ben. I don't want to have only plant based foods thank you very much and I am sure there are plenty of us that feel the same. Rant Over :-D :-D :-D :-D.

We have had some heavy down pours but when hubby dug the spade in it was hardly an inch deep to get past the wet bit.

Can someone send some rain here please. Apart from a little overnight, we have barely had any :-0

I was lucky with the weather, it rained while I was out and about but not when I was out in the open, I didn't have a coat but would have ran between the drops if needed to keep dry. LOL.

I am back its very wet and soggy also very thundery ,the bus was held up because the tour of Britain was in the area any way I got a ringside seat so not bad

Afternoon, back from a very busy morning in the Belfry getting things ready for the exhibition at the weekend. An easy afternoon methinks as I am cream crackered now. :-D. Sunny here now after heavy rain and thunderstorms during the night.

Morning all, I went to bed early last night ( 7:30 ) as I didn't feel well and slept right through til 8:30 this morning, I must have needed it cos I feel better now. I'm off out to Chiropractor later and the pharmacy to pick up my shipping order, ( prescriptions that is ).

ZZzzz, I do as little ironing as possible. I can't believe how much how I used to have to do!!

It's just a quick visit tonight as it was another hectic day following a disburbed night. I also need to shower before bedtime!! Four days to go and still lots to do so it will be a tough week but I will be happy once it is done.

Maz, it certainly won't mean any extra salary even though I am saving them money by doing the final clean up this week rather than paying contractors. I have decided that I am a complete mug :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0

Afternoon both, I have been doing some notices and posters for the Society exhibition at the weekend. All printed off, laminated and in my bag ready to go to the Belfry tomorrow.
