	question is am i the most enegetic ?probably not lol I have been on shift this afternoon popped to get my meds ,nipped in the corner shop and then got my hair cut all before time to ring auntie shortly lol I am at work in the morning so need to get organised again .

	I managed about 4 hours in town with my friend, didn't buy much but had a mooch and enjoyed it but knackered when I got home. :-D
