Same here I don't think I have gained any this week but I don't think I have lost any either. We shall see what the scales say on Thursday :-D. The GP warned me that I would probably plateau after her changing me to a high protein diet and also trying to get my meds sorted. They are happy with my meds now so hopefully that aspect of it will settle down.

I've put some weigh on so I'm cutting down on the meal sizes and cutting out snacks. :-|

He loves his naughty treats :-D :-D :-D. I however stick to the healthy stuff

Not like us we scrutinise everything before we put it in the trolly and there is only the two of us. lol.

Where money is concerned they are pretty good. However I have to watch what OH piles in the trolly :-D :-D :-D :-D

They are senseble so they will do that. :-D

Of course they will :-D :-D :-D. Not too much though as I have told them not to overspend or they won't get any pocket money on holiday :-D :-D :-D :-D

Um I wonder who they are :-D but they will put your shopping bill up anyway. ;-)

I don't either that is why we go early. It looks like we might have 2 helpers tomorrow :-D :-D

We are going shopping a bit later than usual to avoid the crowd, hubby doesn't like crowed places anymore. :-|

Morning all, just back from Archive , earlier today as I had to be here for a phone call from GP re my meds review. That is all sorted now thank goodness so I can sit for a while with a well earned coffee before doing some odd jobs about the place. We will be shopping tomorrow. :-D

Tomorrow we go food shopping and on Wednesday I'm hoping to go to the local records office to look for a will and at the electoral register for someone not on the public one and Friday meeting my friend for a natter, phew and breathe. :-D

Evening, we had sausages tonight as we both fancied them :-D :-D :-D. We have done the dishes and now sitting with a cuppa :-D :-D

I went to my Brothers today for a natter but as soon as I got out of the car it tipped down and I was soaked again.
We had chilli con carni and chips yum yum. :-D :-D

Same here with the washing Maz it was almost dry so it got 10 minutes in the dryer to finish it off. We have now got to sort out what to eat as we only fancied a sandwich earlier on.

hi there I got some washing dry nearly until the rain started .It will not take long to dry so pleased i did put it out
I get grants from where ever I can ,I have two to do so need to do some figures and planning so I know what to record .

Hi Maz, I have been sitting reading through and editing my script for the talk I am giving soon. I have now left off as my brain hurts :-D :-D :-D :-D. Do you claim a grant from your council? we do and they are always quite generous.

morning I am pottering today caught up with some chores ,now I need to look for some grants to keep us all going ,for the warm space again this winter
