Morning all - went to bed late and got up late lol!

Our snow is thawing (said smuggley!) PC came home for the 1st time since Friday and says all roads are fine except side roads. Supposed to be getting the fresh foods in today, Ha , Ha.

I'm going to wait until tomorrow to get the fresh food in because it's been snowing all day here. Started just as the Day Centre bus pulled away this morning and hasn't stopped yet. It's supposed to get milder tomorrow, so I hope it all melts.

Maz, it's a shame that froggy has to find a new home again, he's only just settled in there.

All that brave talk of not doing the dinner again this year LG .........and look what happens .......16 people!!!

splat snowball its lovely outside today so sunny and pretty there is a meeting of managers it seems he took his own life .so it will all be revealed .

whoopee Froggy can relax he has a home and a job still, more work will be required but that is what the managment team were there to do so hopefully th ehome will keep open .
Still sad though for the family and staff its snowing again here

So it's bad news and good for Frog. Glad he still has a job and home, but it must be extra awful for the Boss' family. So sad.

All the shopping now done and we are ready for a 2 week seige. Picked up the 3 bird roast from the village butcher and needed a 2nd mortgage..ouch! That's the 1st and last time we'll be having that!!!!

Hope B got home safely Pauline...that's the last thing you need, one stranded offspring.

It seems have to been a little less cold today, as the car has thawed out at last apart from the roof! I began to think I had a white car! Very cold tonight though and I still can't get the windscreen washers to work as they are frozen.

A few last minute bits to get in the morning and I am done!! Bring it on!!!!

am meeting a client today somewhere in bishop to arrange her visit next week .we will also know how much time off Froggy has at christmas today too

We plan to clean bed rooms and make up beds. BM has volunteered to use the put-you-up rather than insists on his bed, which is rather sweet. Originally, we were give up our bed to Eldest &co as he is a big lad in all senses and the put-you-up isn't suitable for him. I was dreading it due to my current back problems. It is still rather fragile, and could 'go' again at the slightest thoughtless movement.

Hope Frog can still make it for Saturday. PC is working 'earlies' meaning we won't be eating until about 3.30pm. It is probably the best shift to fit around.

Evening all, feeling all warm and Christmassy now as I have just been to the Nursery's Carol concert. Oh Bless it bought tears to my eyes,how sweet. Mini Gooner was dressed as an angel. Hmmm !!! LOL. Smallest one was trying to sing along too.

One set of lights on the tree have given up on me!! Thank goodness I had two sets on!!I I hope it's not a sign of things to come.
