The way I understood it you was with CP when you received the pm or sent it and was reduced to tears, so why didnt you post on CP thread instead of waiting and dragging this one up...

I have no known issues with you but in all honesty if you have an unsupportive husband surely it would be more fruitful to discuss the problem with him. Failing that I understand you have close friends with whom you could have discussed a very personal problem off the boards.

I did wonder why you'd deleted your post.

I went off last night shortly after posting on that thread by Medic so have no idea what happened then. I will say that I believe you, Uggers, when you say you deleted the pm without reading it.

Aha! Some things are becoming clearer.

If it's of any interest to you Uggers, I understood your initial post perfectly clearly, having witnessed the attempted needling by CarolP last night, and I actually never doubted for one minute that you HAD deleted the PM as you said you had.

For one what's the point of lying about it, and two, the experiments following that proved that deleted PMs show in the sent box as read anyway.

I actually do think Carol P owes you an apology, because she got it completely wrong while sitting up there on her high horse. But I doubt that will be forthcoming any time soon.

Hi Elaine, yes, it was wrong to accuse Uggers based on assumption. (ie that he had read her email and has deleted it on that basis).
