Lol Muffy.... I am one of those *must have greasy fried food* peeps when I have a hangover, lol..... I have already had ham and eggs on toast, and two glasses of milk!!

My living room looks as though we had 30 people around for a big booze-up, not just the three of us!

I wonder what sort of a day we shall have today? I am probably going to take some paracetamol and go back to bed for an hour, lol..... wouldn't be awake now, except Pol sat on my head to wake me... she wanted her breakfast at 6.30, the minx!!

See you all later

Mwah!!

Love

Daff xxxxxx

Awww you can't beat a bacon buttie, some orange juice and a big mug of tea for a hangover.

And if still feeling rough by teatime, a pint of lager....

Hi Muffy, just finished The Tinkers girl, and started Feathers in the Fire, which I have read before, but don't care, I love them.

Strangely, my other fav read is Stepen King.

Annina, I guarantee you'll fall in love with mine and Muffy's fave author, Barbara Erskine.

I read all of Catherine Cookson's books in the 80s and 90s, and got heavily into Stephen King shortly after, and I'm still a big fan....

So your tastes are similar....

WARNING,voting by phone in on X Factor can seriously deplete your bank balance.

A couple of years ago, while watching the final, I ran up a phone bill for £70 voting for my fav while worst the wear after an evening on the Scotch.

I signed the Pledge after that, only drink God's ale now.
