Good time to be going to Hobart, will have warmed up quite a bit by then.
I will just be in hectic mode with all our goings on but I will also be insanely jealous of you being in Hobart, Sue.

I certainly don't envy Linda's family and the problems with trades people... we are waiting for the boss of the painters to come and get his scaffolding out of our front area where the new lawn that has been ordered has to go in.

Goodnight my friends <3 <3

SueMaid Report 23 Sep 2014 23:41

One of my looks :-0 Whatever do you mean Linda ;-)

We want to give Maisie a happy loving home but these little dogs can easily become little Princesses if you are not firm with them.

We are off to Hobart next month for a few days. Aiden said he hasn't seen us for ages and i so want to see him....and our son of course :-) Aiden's mum is going away for a weekend at the end of October and wants us to visit before then as we like to have a meal together.

I had better turn in now.

I am having my hair cut in the morning, but will look in before then.

Goodnight Tec, sleep well. Have a nice day with Maisie Sue, I am sre she will soon have you trained as she wants you :-D

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 23 Sep 2014 23:31

That's three very important things Sue, that Maisie is house trained, good with other dogs, and not obviously destructive.

The rest will come with patience and training. She sounds like a very nice little dog :-)

LindainHerriotCountry Report 23 Sep 2014 23:31

I am sure you will sort her out Sue. Just give her one of your looks and she will behave :-D

SueMaid Report 23 Sep 2014 23:27

When we had our kitchen remodelled we went for lighter cupboards and bench tops too. It made such a difference. I'm sure the Duchess would have loved it.

Maisie is totally untrained but she seems to be a smart little dog and is starting to learn a couple of commands. She knows not to go in our bedroom as I don't like dogs sleeping on the bed. She is housetrained thank goodness. We found out yesterday that she is good with other dogs.

It is easier to do wheelies now Linda :-D

I never liked those mats anyway.

Glad to see that Maisie behaved Sue :-D

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 23 Sep 2014 23:21

The mats must have been harder to move your wheelchair on as well

I am glad Maisie behaved Sue

The kitchen is very smart Sue, and modern looking.

The Duchess would have loved it.

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 23 Sep 2014 23:18

Yes the kitchen does look much bigger. I've also removed the dark coloured mats off the sealed pine floor, that is also a big improvement, and easier to keep the floor clean.

No destruction Linda :-)

You have been very busy - I'm glad you are off on your holiday soon. You both deserve it. The house sounds a real mess but it will all be worth it.

Tec - your new kitchen sounds very smart.

I like the sound of it, light colours make rooms seem bigger as well

Tecwyn Report 23 Sep 2014 23:12

Good Morning Sue, :-)

Oh, the worktops are a sort of speckly light cream colour, and the doors are maple (a light beige)
The overall effect is very light and bright - the old kitchen was quite dark and heavy, as you know

LindainHerriotCountry Report 23 Sep 2014 23:11

Hello Sue, I hope you did not wake to more destruction
