We have loads of chocolates etc, might as well eat them and get them out of the way I suppose

Coffee's made,

I'm eating Viennese truffles from my hamper.

Had a slice of the Stollen cake - delicious, but couldn't eat two slices :-D

Coffee would be nice to go with my chocolates please

You got it :-)

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 28 Dec 2014 22:07

You must have phoned, but got no answer. Should have left a message, sorry.

I had a call from Vancouver this evening :-)

No, but there is another way, work it out :-D

No he was pleased to be home - he doesn't like going to his dad's. Joel was upset because he misses Drew. Their father just can't cope with anything that even looks like a problem with the children :-(

Have you got the old witch next door spying on me Linda :-|

LindainHerriotCountry Report 28 Dec 2014 21:58

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 28 Dec 2014 21:57

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 28 Dec 2014 21:56

I know that you only told me about the slippers Sue - but I remember you telling me about the rest some time ago ;-) :-D :-D

That was not very nice of Drew's father, especially if Drew had been looking forward to going there :-0

I did a pile of washing, then as it was a nice sunny crispy day, I went out for a drive, only to a vantage point where there is a lovely view of the bay.
Just to get some fresh air really.
Stayed a while, then came home.

Wondered why the porch windows get steamed up everytime I use the tumble dryer.
Closer inspection shows the vent pipe has split - as it's not very accessible I will have to get a new one and get that man from the village to fix it

Tec - I only mentioned the slippers :-0

It is a bit silly showing Paddinton after the children go back.

Drew and the twins are staying with their father for a few days. Drew had some spots on him so his father told my daughter he had chickenpox and would be bringing him home. He has mosquito bites on his legs and one arm :-|

Have you been gallivanting today Tec?

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 28 Dec 2014 21:46

I had an e-mail from Diane - she sends her best wishes to everyone on the thread :-).

That's a shame Linda - it was on here the week leading up to Christmas, finished yesterday I think. Unless they have it for another week while the children are at home.
Obviously the cinema was closed Christmas Day

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 28 Dec 2014 21:41

Hmm, I didn't get any new slippers

Stupidly the cinema is getting Paddington the week the children go back to school

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 28 Dec 2014 21:36

No, I suppose not on wooden floors :-D

I now have a mental picture of Linda in her Christmas outfit,

those fluffy pink slippers,
spangled top with sequins,
yellow mini-skirt,
black fishnet tights :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D
