I find a sieve useful for the lumps sometimes if the wrist action is not up to it

I'm good at it, but there's always something new you can learn, and it takes lots and lots of practice.

Would go get some practice in now but my chosen teacher is miles away this afternoon.

Yes I agree Running Bear, MiL has shaky hands and stiff fingers which made doing it a bit difficult.........but I never was much good at it.....
