Aberdulais tin works and falls leave you with mixed emotions dont they? Sad to see how hard it was for the people who worked there (including my rellies) but the beauty of the river and the falls.

I have a discovered a few more falls to visit next time you head this way :o)

I had no idea you had ancestors who had worked at the tin mines, yes ... full of happy and sad emotions, such long hours ... I watched the children, listened to the stories they told.

Oh yes please, I should love to know about more falls. MelinCourt was beautiful, in a different way though ...

I went to Neath Park where I saw Katherine Jenkins walk during a documentary, saw the church where she sang in the choir, also visited ... is it Knoll Park, I think. xxx

Not sure TWG, I'll have to check with the others to make sure.

Oh I adore Welsh cakes ... my Nana and Auntie used to make them. Brought back some homemade Chocolate fudge cake and more ...

Passes through a nice slice through the cyber hatch ... there, enjoy ... I did, was norti, had some with a cuppa. O))
