Hi Rose
We are going to Lake Garda in three weeks time
the hotel is right on the side of the lake
We went last year and stayed in Riva That was a beautiful Place
This year we are staying in Garda .

LOL Susan, I have seen those roads so maybe not, was only thinking of from the airport really :)

expensive, but then most places are these days ... mindyou going to a place for the 'rich and famous' would be fun once in a while :))

I can drive Rose....but if you think I am going to drive around Italy...well...think on lol......they are nuts as drivers...along with the French and portugese.....

only been to Milan, and then I got the impression that they didn't like the English much + we paid £8 for a small beer and a cup of tea....found out later that the *Cafe* we went in was for the Rich and Famous

Edit...tis a lie...have been to Rome and the Vatican when I was younger...forgot about that.....a coke was 10/-
