Morning all well here we are Half term over back to work
Ann i hope the gremlins have left your house put up large barrier incase they make it this far

wotcha Daffers and the rest of the gang!! weather not too clever here in Cardiff so probably the same with you!!! following a week of disasters I am now back on track - telephone packed in, had to buy a new one, rotary line broke - had to buy a new one!! flush packed in and had to go a week without a bathroom toilet!!! now fixed. Pranged car - my own stupidity but that's now fixed and it looks brand spanking new again - afraid to use it now!!!

Hoping all is going well as I haven't seen Daff add for a while again now.

The weather is pleasant here in the south east, but not sunny yet, very hot and humid yesterday which was odd as we have had no real rain for what seems like months now.

Lol BC he is the one who calms me down purring in my ear on my shoulder he was told off twice yesterday by my son then he ran to me but I yelled at him as he had been in the bin so i have yet to make firends with him

I know a couple who had a cat called Browning. Most people would ask when they heard the name, What, is he named after Robert Browning, the poet.

No, would come the reply, we named him after the gun!
(His "Daddy" was a soldier).

Ann in Glos, I just might get round to visiting Chepstow someday. Have ancestors from there. But don't know yet if it was just a short stop, or did they live there for a few generations.

Hi Daff and troops, cloudy and breezy here but not at all cold. Just been to Chepstow Garden centre Daff to meet our friends and had fish and chips for lunch. Made a nice break, also bought some plants, a bird feeder with a cage to keep the pigeons off and bread in the farm shop. Then went on to taurus crafts for a cup of tea and a look round.

Hope you are getting out into the fresh air in your garden Daff.

Very blustery out there today...have stripped all the beds down as it's excellent drying weather.....lovely line dried bedding for us tonight...love it !!! Nothing nicer !

We're off down the fire station at 2.15 for their open day ;-)

Well i am not sure how effective the new mascot is he is quite a wimp compared to Gizmo ,I had the rabbit in and he ran away ,there was an owl squarking on spring watch the other night and he ran to mum lol .

Hoping to see the swans with sygnets later, Vic says it would have been a gorgeous photo this morning parents + 9 sygnets, plus 2 ducks + 7 ducklings all together:o))))...bet they've all gone now!!
