I am never moving again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in a 3 bedroom house and l'm going into a 1 bedroom flat , what do l take and what do l sell ( want to take it all, its my home :((( )
My 3 piece suite won't fit in the new place , more expensive and l was meant to get the keys yesterday and they hadn't finished putting the central heating in so hopefully l'll get them today.

hello all just popping in am going to do some gardening but just getting a quick break my throat has become a cold but could be hay fever so not sure dont feel quite as rough today though

Stopped raining now so off out for lunch, no sun yet though.

Morning all.... well, nearly afternoon now. It is beautiful here..... I am about to take my bedroom curtains down and wash them... then put the blackout linings on them when they are dry, R will help me put them back up, later..... then off to physio to get even more hot and sweaty.

I have watered all my plants.... and also talked to my peppers, as only 7 out of 12 had germinated... went back half an hour later and another tiny green shoot is emerging... not bad for out of date seed, lolol

Ann, I do hope it clears for you later. I don't mind a bit of rain, but it does need to be balanced with a bit of sunshine, too!

Lol @ BC.... how wonderful!! I love finding those elusive links, lol I have just put on a Classical cd, full blast.... people who keep you awake at night with their lack of consideration, deserve to be kept awake during the day... and it is called serenading, BC...serenading, lol

As the weather has turned a bit grey and it is quite chilly I am doing an Irish Stew as the lovely Mau and Oh will be dropping in to visit me today. We may also have a few glasses!

Good morning, so David C has brought the sunshine? Well it is chucking it down here, not cold of course but we will be staying in until it stops I guess. No problem, lots to keep us occupied. Well me anyway, OH is reduced to playing solitaire.

Oh Ann.... go on.... I dare you, lolol!! I wasn't at all keen on Sangria when we were over there.... is it still dribbling (rain, I mean... I meant drizzling, but dribbling looks good, lol) we had a tiny bit, and a few distant rumbles of thunder, but all seems quiet now and the skies are cloudless again..... it has been an odd day here.

Jean, I have just caught up with the news, as well.... I do hope he gets off on his well deserved holiday tomorrow.

You might have to go a couple of times to the Environment people.... have you been keeping a record? You shouldn't have to put up with that because of fear of folk who don't even live there! I'll practice cursing as well.....

Maz, I hope your throat is better soon..... no yelling with those children.... and sing quietly if you do sing songs with them. (((((hugs))))

Hi, Daff, my grandson hasnt gone yet they said to go to the airport tomorrow, but I think he will be better to phone first or look on the website,
B.C, you have my sympathy, we too have noisy neighborours, all nighters, my nerves are shattered, we have been to the enviroment peeps, but they dont want to know, and we dont want them next door to know about us going as they have a load of mates who scare me....so ear plugs from now on....
but I do curse them....lol....take care...

Well, the sun has shone today and we are just back from walking about 4 miles.
Daff I prefer my cava neat so have not tried it in the sangria, there is time yet though.

We couldn't fly home at the moment if we tried as both airports here are closed!!!

i am sat enjoying an empty house with Tramp walking all over the desk top lol .i have a sore throat so trying to chill out a little i have a childrens club tonite to do so am getting my act together for that

Afternoon Daff and all:) Good news about son, Daff, fingers crossed you will be 'back to normal' soon...bless! Yes Huia, my jasmine is very common! lol but I love the smell which is just as well as it surrounds me on all sides of my patio, and I hate cutting it.

I have been having trouble with my noisy neighbours and trying to decide what to do about it. *ponders and searches for axe......

Weather is quite muggy here, and feels very sultry and thundery!

Huia, I love the smell of BC's plant... well, I would if I could smell it! My mum had the same one so I remember the perfume well, dad moved it to put a shed up and it died, though, and BC very kindly sent me a cutting of one last year, which is doing well... can't see any flowers yet though, on mine.

BC... we find the patience from somewhere, though.... you could write a variety of satisfying stories with satisfyingly gruesome endings, just to offload, lol ;¬))

Ann, I do hope you are topping up your tan, drinking Sangria... did you try the one made with Cava, after?... and generally relaxing and having fun! Mwah. xxx

~~~~~ to Jean... wmsl.... yep, cursing should help no end, lolol!! Did your grandson get off ok, afterwards? Most airports are back open, aren't they? Haven't read or heard any news yet, today, so haven't a clue... just know that some were opened last night.

Hope everyone is having a lovely day... I am very satisfied with mine, so far, and pleased with myself, it doesn't take much!!

Son has got his first letter back from prospective funders.... and with a positive result, so that's good... a couple more like that, and he can start his Masters the month after it is all in place.... I might have my house back to myself sooner than anticipated, so fingers crossed.

I love him dearly, but he is quite difficult to live with... the hours he keeps are very disruptive for us, lol
