Morning SM Daff,

Positive thoughts winging their way to you for you visit to the top man and the biopsy.

I'm pleased you slept better last night. (I woke at 4 and had a trip along the landing to the bathroom and couldn't get back to sleep. I have watched the fog come down after it got light and then spotted a squirrel scooting around the patio. I suspect it has pinched the only two nuts on my little twisted hazel. Bother - or some such words.)

Time to get dressed and head for the shops.

Love,
Elisabeth xx

Sssssh, everyone's asleep... or half asleep, lol!! Better night's sleep last night, and Mummo, that is disgusting!! I would be tempted to make a complaint, they have, or seem to have, a small minded bunch of people working for them!!

I have a 9:15 appointment for the biopsy, and 11 for Top Doctor Man... so I expect I shall get seen about 1 ish, lolol

I must get a move on... trousers need re-ironing, as they had fallen onto the floor in the night... *glares at all the cats and wonders which one?*

Take care, speak later

Evening SM Daff and all,

Do hope Daff has been resting all day and that the Benylin has eased the cough, so that they can both get some sleep.

I couldn't believe the awful time Mummo and Ed have been through with that visit. Some people really should have more training to know what they should be doing. That really is unforgivable that you should be treated that way. I would be jumping up and down with rage!

Hope we get news that Daff is much improved.

Love,
Elisabeth xx

Evening all and lots of *frets for Daff. I hope you have put Vicks in your socks and taken whiskey and lemon and honey! Hope you will sleep tonight and try not to wake up the lovely R with your coughing:-)) lol

A special hug for Mummo and Ed. When Daff is better we shall take you BOTH to Barry Island and make sure there is wheelchair access everywhere.

Have had a busy day so am going to shower, drink and loll

Mummo, for goodness sake how incompetent. It would have been the first thing we looked at if we had read he was in a wheel chair. It really makes you wonder about the calibre of staff these places are employing.
Hope they make the home visit soon and you don't have to chase them up too often.

Morning...............and what a morning, Ed had a appointment for a medical for the department for works and pensions at 9.40am but had to be there 10 minutes before the alloted time, no parking there so had to park in Sainsburys ( norty me) and after sitting in a traffic jam for 20 minutes just managed to get there at 9.40, l did apologise for being a bit late but was told everyone seem to be caught up in it this morning. Next the man on reception asked if Ed could get down the stairs if there was a fire, sorry no we said and then we were told the medical was on the first floor so they couldn't let him go in the lift so the appointment would have to be cancelled............someone came down to see us and said a home visit would have to be made !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so a waste of time, they knew he was in a wheelchair / crutches as l had to put it on the form they sent us before hand.
Daff sorry you had a bad night, hope you feel better very soon, gentle {{{{hugs}}}} on there way to you. By the way hows your dad ?
Hiya everyone, x

Hi All

Oh Daff, you are sooooo considerate. When I have a bad cold I always end up with a cough that I just can't shift. The worst time is during the night - or so OH tells me. I sleep through it but keep him awake. It usually means he has to go downstairs to get some sleep - lol. Oh well - that's what hubbys are for isn't it?

Good ole Benylin - never fails for me - at least for the first few days then it stops working altogether but nothing else helps either.

I hope you get some more sleep - keep trying!!

Morning all.... I am the miserable B this morning, Mau, lol I have been awake since 2:30 this morning... couldn't get comfy downstairs, I have to sit up, but was coughing for Britain upstairs, and R needed his sleep as he has to go to work today if he can.

I shall be going back to give it another go as soon as he gets back with the Benylin... he brought me something I haven't seen before, and it doesn't work anywhere near as well as good old Benylin. I only take it to sleep, not during the day, as it needs to loosen... but I just am not good without sleep, lol

So I shall see you all later, when I have caught up on the zeds, lolol

Love

Morning SM Daff,

I am pleased to see that you have managed to get your temperature down - perhaps the anti-watsits are doing their work and after a rest in the sunshine you will be feeling much better. Just rest, don't go pottering!

My thoughts are with your nephew and all of the family, for a speedy recovery from his surgery. It is a lonely place watching someone in ICU, but I am pleased to read that he has come through his surgery well. He will be back to his festivals before you know it!

Have a happy day - I'm off to do battle with some large pyracantha. Thick gloves to find.

Love,
Elisabeth xx
