Hi all, well did the journey in record time 3 and 1/2 hours, nice to be home though.
Some of you might remember me saying that when my mum was dying my brother who she lived with wasn't feeling to good, well when l got back l rang him and he has just told me he has stomach cancer and it doesn't look good., he is only 55.................really don't think l can take this at the moment, its only 9 weeks since l lost mum, my God l hate the word cancer.
and there's me moaning that l've got a cold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Think l'll go and curl up in bed and have a good cry.

Poor Daff confined to camp again ,those sheets look great I have knitted gizmo a wasp jumper with sequins and alternate black and yellow leg warmers and also his teddy bear which he has pinched from somewhere .

What is all this about drops of brandy and the like. I am on my dandelion and burdock just now, that is strong enough for me.

Hope Daff has had a day of improvement, and that something tasty has managed to be found.

The tie-dyed sheets look lovely, but shame about Gwynne's hands matching them. I'm off to the sock drawer to see if I can find some sparkly ones.
