Sorry to hear that there hasn't been much change today, but Tell Daff that we are awaiting her return to sort us out, I bet the cats are sitting somewhere now preening themselves and stuffed to the brim after having fresh salmon. As others have said take care of yourself too.
Hope your son got back home safely and hope he had a nice birthday.

What a pain for the fridge freezer to break down, just when you don't need it. Are you sure the felines haven't found the switch to turn it off??

Mr Daff sorry to hear that there was no improvement today. I really and truly hope that things will start getting better for Daff tomorrow.

It's a shame that Son 2 couldn't have stayed with you for a couple of days, it would have been nice for you to have a bit of company. As regards you all forgetting his birthday, I'm sure that he understood perfectly, with things being as they are.

Sorry that your freezer has broken down, as though you haven't got more than enough to worry about. Well at least your cats were happy.

Both Alun and I are thinking about you and Daff, and hope and pray that she'll soon be well. Thank you for the update.

Mr D , thank you for update, Daff has always been there for everyone, including me when I needed a 'boost', and we are all willing her on, I have never seen so many candles lit for one person on the candle site, it looks like a victorian Christmas tree :) which I know would make Daff smile with her love of Christmas 'sparklies'.

Hoping for a healing night's rest for Daff, and also that you are managing to look after yourself a bit in between times.
