Perhaps she dont just dont like the hospital food and lost any taste to eat it,,ind its not like home cooked,..

All we can do is pray that things work out ok for Daff,

Things have moved on a lot for Daff ,when we remember how poorly she was just a couple of weeks back.I hope you get the care plan sorted soon so she can get back home Mr Daff.
Photos are a brilliant idea..........and just like Daff us ladies always want to know where the loo is lol.

Meant to say, a lot of threads lost some of the posts, goodness knows what they were playing at. Have you sussed out that to get to the latest post you need to click on post date at the top R?

At least she made the effort and walked unaided R so that is something.
Keep trying with the photos, something will trigger a response.

Evening Mr Daff,

Amazing that Daff should walk unaided to the ward desk. It is also good to know that she can name most of the photos - all these things will help her to improve I'm sure.

I hope that you can get something sorted for the care plans and that you can look forward to getting Daff home - good for her and good for you too. You need to take a little time for yourself - your health is important. We need you to be A1.

(I notice that since GR's last 'revamp - about when Daff's subs 'ran out ' -we've lost around a 100 pages off this thread)

Little change overall today. Nurses had a shock when Daff turned appeared in front of their Ward desk this morning, asking the way to the loo....coz she hasn't been walking well or far, and not supposed to do so without assistance!!
A bit depressed because she wants home....not surprisingly...but no indication of when yet.
EEG took place this afternoon, so have to wait for the results, and need to see about care plans, so it's 'meetings' with the Doc's ahead this week.
Took in a photo album of 'historic' family pics, little reaction but she did know the names of most of the people pointed out - sister has more 'up to date non digitised' (i.e.not PC resident!) 'snaps' she is going to take in...
No improvement in food/drink situ.
