	Daff will be discharged tomorrow afternoon, following meeting between Haemo and Cardio specialists....we hope. Care package in place starting monday, but head of Haemo has laid down the law...any 'episodes' or abnormal activity that may indicate deterioration, and she is to be taken back to UHW asap. Scheduled for Outpatient check on Monday as potassium borderline...repetition of 2 weeks ago really, but at least home for this weekend. Everything crossed... R.
