Thank Heaven for Little Girls is right I think Mummo, oh poor Helen.

I once set fire to the microwave doing jacket potatoes. I was talking to a friend on the phone, caught sight of flames inside the glass door, kept saying, "Ohhhhhh, it's on fire!" She said, stop talking and put it out! wmsl

I set fire to my kitchen with mop!!!!!!!!!!!.Shimms may remember me saying how I propped my mop up against the cooker ................and it somehow turned a knob which set fire to a tea towel, which then set fire to my toaster lol.Flames 2 foot high.........me running round shouting fire fire .Daughter walks in and calmly puts it out and says Mother you are B****y useless LOL

Mummo, I always used to then I discovered the magic mop that goes into nooks and crannies which was super, this room is very large, takes ages. My back cannot take me being on my hands and knees so twas such a relief for me.

It's so old we replaced it and are on our third squeegy, I only use it once and it falls apart.

Think I'll be returning to the magic mop you 'wring' in the bucket.

Hiya Shimms, Ray... nope, can't say I have had that problem... but then, keeping the cellophane on and not getting them wet and grubby on the floors might be the answer... mine are only for show ;¬))

am only joking!! I buy the ones that are made of cloth now, and they can be chucked in the washing machine... also, I have that Flash one for the day to day stuff in the conservatory.... it has a little battery motor, dead easy to skim around and you just throw away the pad when it gets grotty!!

Love

Daff xxxxx
