PINKS... I never forget Gaynor.
She was a beautiful brave woman and although i never met her, I like to think I knew her.... we all did.
I had a tiny book mark which you sent me with my GAYNOR'S STAR and I loved it.
I lent my SIL a book with it still in.
I made such a fuss about making sure she brought it back... which she did......
AND I LOST IT MYSELF!!
Gaynor would have had a giggle over that one!
How are you Pinks?

I think that Gaynor will always have a special place in our hearts even though lots of us never met her except for here on the boards.

I never met Gaynor either and just started using these boards also at the time when she was fighting her battle.

I was priviledged to be a part of the Gaynor Bear relay and remember those days fondly and all the lovely people who also took part.

Remembering you on your birthday Gaynor.

RIP Gaynor.
I never met her but we used to chat during the night when I couldn't sleep.

She was an inspiration to everyone and she is still sorely missed.

When ever I see a Rainbow,I always say "Hello Gaynor"

Hope everything goes ok for Rob's move and my love to all the family.

I was thinking of Gaynor yesterday knowing that it will soon be that sad time again. What a brave mad lady she was. I do hope Rob and the gang are happy in their new home.

Pink I was also thinking of your Daddy.

God bless them all.

I never met Gaynor but was touched by her bravery and courage. I still have my Gaynor's star and remember those fun times with Gaynor bear, who I am proud to say visited Norwich and came to one of our mini meets.

Lovely memories of a time when the boards were fun and supportive. Thanks for reminding me Diana.

Thinking of you Gaynor today and always.

I had the pleasure of being in contact with Gaynor several times due to our love of motorsport., although I never met her.

As Ann said, Gaynor left us a legacy. That is that we support each other on here when things are tough and although there are disagreements between some people on here, the camaraderie that I find on this site is a special one and I think that it was all down to Gaynor.

May your star shine brightly tonight.

I'll never forget Gaynor or the inspirational way she handled her illness from start to finish. When I do my Race for Life in June, Gaynor is one of the people I will be remembering.

My little pink bear is sitting watching me as she does all the time I am on here. I still have my star too. Unfortunately it is cloudy out there tonight so no stars to be seen but I often look up & think of Gaynor when the stars are bright.

Gaynor had already passed when I started using the boards, however, I knew Gaynor was very special by the loyalty of her friends. They haven't forgotten you :-)

R.I.P. lovely Gaynor.

You were/are an inspiration to so many and I feel privileged to have met you.

Doug & I still have our Gaynor stars on our jackets and Doug has a pink mini Gaynor Bear on his crutches along with other teddies that our grandchildren have given him. When asked why he has a pink bear alongside the others he always tells people the story of GB and that it is in memory of a lovely lady he was honoured to meet.

I hope the move goes well and that Rob will be very happy in his home by the sea.

I still have my pink mini bear sitting on the back of the sofa where I sit.
I remember taking GB bowling on my son's birthday as that was the weekend she was here with us in Norfolk. I also took her to meet the Lord Mayor and all round the Lord Mayor's procession too.
