EH never mind the over 60s, dont forget the over 50s. I am only a spring chicken of 52 and my neck is killing from my job as hairdresser for 30 + yrs. lol x

We have a 93yr old lady in this street, who still does all her own housework and most of her garden, goes shopping twice a week. Says her legs wont let her do what she used to do! The rest of us have to keep going for her not to put us to shame!
Thanks for the tea, nice cuppa. What tea do you use?

Some of us 60's only widdle's when we laugh anyway.

You have to be kind and gentle to us silver surfers....

My Dr recommended GlucOsamine Gel for achey hands and feet, and I found it in Boots last week. Sent it to my 90 year old cousin and she says it's made a huge difference. Well she is sending me long, complicated emails so she must be ok! lol
