I saved Firefox as my default page, not sure if that helps. Also by going into Tools I found this link,

There must be someone higher Joanie and after your problems, lack of care and support from GR, you are not ranting just I think frustrated that no-one there is listening, really trying to help.

When I close down at night, Firefox asked if I want to save my tabs, I always say yes as tis one of the ways that I return. I then click on Firefox in the morning which brings me straight here and at the moment I have so many tabs open from yesterday when I was researching Scottish clans.

Hang on, will see if I can go into Tools or Help, see if I can find anything which might help. xxx
