Taff, how about having a word with your council about the neighbours 'dumping their litter' in your garden...a letter should do the trick.

Also, find out from your solicitor if a first letter is free, if so get him to send one to them stating your case, putting it in the legal domain.

Failing that, BBC's neighbours from hell are always looking for new cases LOLOLOL

ooooh, TW, I hope my "Gob" has done the trick, but if all else fails, I will take it further, after all, who knows whats in with the scraps? is that why they wont feed my cats on their premises?
In fact the vets assistant asked me if the neighbours actually liked cats?

Funny you should say that, Taff, I was just going to ask if your neighbours had any pets of their own or if they've ever said anything about your cat digging up their flowerbeds to do his business?

Edit: Deleted post was mine - it did nothing for ages so I pressed submit again, only for it to post twice. Grr.

I did wonder if your cat was pooing in their garden but then I thought if it was, why give it more food to excrete?

Good for you for saying something. Did they seem concerned at all that the cat had to have surgery?

I wonder if they do the same thing to the neighbours the other side?
