Sorry Dutch Ball courts not there any more,

Ball Court, Giltspur Street.-East out of Giltspur Street, in Farringdon Ward Without (Collmgwood, 1907).

First mention : O. and M. 1677.

Called " Bull Court " in Horwood, 1799. " Ball Yard," Rocque, 1746.

Site now occupied by the new Out-Patient Department and other buildings of St. Bartholomew's Hospital.

Thank you so much for posting this Gary. I have just spent an evening watching it. Wonderful, takes me back. I wouldn't mind films like this given away with the newspapers. History at it's best. Such a shame that so much of old London has disappeared.

Finally got around to watching this. Fascinating stuff though my lot had moved into Essex by the 60's.
