	incontinence pads are available on the NHS . they look like big nappies lol (apparently kinky ppl use em lol) tennas aint available coz they are more discrete and the NHS just dont do discrete. *winks at me lesbonions Rosex Ps muffy lmao

Believe me its harder than you think.... Once you've got the feel of it, you can do it (without peeing lol) inthe queue at tescos, waiting for the bus..anywhere...and nobody will know..

	Well I am hopeless having had insides 'messed with' by doctors. OH went to buy them last week and said "It'll be cheaper to catheterise you" All heart he is...lol BTW can anyone else hear vigorous thigh tapping? Sue x

Tina x If this is a serious question, as regards Tennas, start with the small mini ones and see if they are suitable, if not move up to the next size up. You can get free samples if you write to them or go on line! Not that I need them of course (I would cough, but better not lol).

	i need glasses cos i thought you said should TEENs be free on nhs ha well let me think now, the affect it has on quality of life nil, the affect it has on you purse yep they should be free, but how do you go about getting um do you collect um from prescription do you just go in shop with a token
