As to what purpose all these blog's serve

there isn't one in all truth well no that i can ascertain from reading them, though i have to admit in a strange way they are a bit like a traffic accident you know you should not look but cant help but look.

Actually some are better than others. I've found a quite refined and grown up one and a foul mouthed one which makes a lot of points I agree with lol

Steve, they vent off steam that can't be vented elsewhere I suppose and I can honestly see the attraction but with my addictive personality I need to steer clear ;)

David i can see the idea of venting ones spleen and indeed they do so with one using a grandiosity style while the others tend to be more of a palaver in style
