Face East. Keep your feet together, stand up straight and eyes facing forward. Inhale slowly and visualize the sun just beginning to rise gradually.

Ok first centre yourself, stand up straight and breath in and out slowley, try and find your centre of gravity.... no talking, no smoking just breath in and out for three minutes :)

Hayley Id love to - but my Yogas out at the moment until I am a bit better. I could however direct you if you want to . Go get on a jazzy daglo outfit we can all watch you do the Sun Salutation - or more up your street the Warrior pose (My two fave moves).

I understand what you say about Remembrance Sunday Jill. Some members will remember we lost someone at the begining of this year....

And yes I agree I should think everyone has someone to remember today regardless of which war.

But I dont think thats the reason thew site is like this, I have been off for a month or so and been back for the last week or so and have come back to a very depressing place.

But it's Remembrance Sunday which always seems a bit quiet and sad.
