Thanks again.............am going offline now to put the full 'warpaint' on.

This is just an informal hearing but hopefully will resolve the issue and stop it going before a full tribunal (not that I'm that hopeful).

Will come online tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

I used to work for the tribunal service - the bully attitude doesn't wear well in those hearings.

Hi..........if some of you aren't too busy at 5.45pm can you cross you fingers for me - about half an hour should do it.

Got an appeal hearing against an unfair dismissal then............speaking to ACAS I know I have a strong case but ex-boss a bit of a bully so I'm not looking forward to it at all.

Any good wishes accepted with gratitude.
