i feel this will never be resolved for such as myself who cant understand all the pc words.
i looked at budgies helpful advice and thought 'at last an answer to the problem' but then thought - i havent a clue what you are saying! doh! lol
i have been pressing buttons all over the place and fingers crossed havent done any perminent damage to anything.
i know things are still the same as i still cant search.

GR took my Urns off thinking the problem would be solved...if only lol

thanks julie, did try to google this but didnt understand their expanations at all.
think i know what you mean.
hope we can get this sorted, dont want to give up my musical notes but i do NEED to search and it is not happening right now!

all that comes to my mind at the moment is genes say there are several million that we can connect with and I CANT!!! (along with several others ofcourse!)
still annoyed and now frustrated.

Down by the space bar to the right i have one which looks like a sheet of paper with an Arrow, what do you think lol

On mine

Above the arrow keys there are 6 buttons

Above that there are 3 more which are inline with the "F" keys. prt scr is one of those 3 buttons

The bad news is this button may be in a different place on your's
