Am still waiting to hear back from Estelle after sending her that screenshot.

GR took my Urns off thinking the problem would be solved...if only lol

When i find out how this problem will be sorted i will definitely let everyone know

i feel this will never be resolved for such as myself who cant understand all the pc words.
i looked at budgies helpful advice and thought 'at last an answer to the problem' but then thought - i havent a clue what you are saying! doh! lol
i have been pressing buttons all over the place and fingers crossed havent done any perminent damage to anything.
i know things are still the same as i still cant search.
