I think they are best when used as an ingedient in a game pie.....a bit of bambi's mum, couple of thumper legs and some gerbil fillets topped off with a humpy crust...mmmmm.

Mmmmmm Eldrick

Getting very hungry here!

Like most Aussies of my age,
I was brought up on rabbit - roasted, fried,
stewed, & in pies!!

I think if you add some black pudding and a dash of red wine, it gives the meat, which can often be a little bland, just that little bit flavour. Oh, not to mention some garlic and a sprig of thyme.

I like to put a sprinkling of mustard powder in the flour when I'm making the pie crust as well.

What....?
