Paul

I'm so sorry to hear about your panic attacks, I've no experience of this whatso ever, the only help I can offer is: Worrying about what might happen is always worse than what does happen. I'm a born worryier. I think everyone is offering you really good advice.

(((((Hugs))))) for you, stay strong

Paul, is there no 'drop-in' clinic anywhere near you ? If so, they might help; no doctor should speak to you as yours did, and a 'drop-in' clinic' might lend a more sympathetic ear.

I did think about "drop-in" centres, but don't know of any round here.

paul try your local mental health trust they should be able to tell you of any drop ins some of our psychiatric nurses hold them l go to one on a wednesday in ramsgate lm sure there will be some near you
l was worried that all the stress with my mum would make me ill again so l started going to the drop in for support
it really helps to talk things through and get advice
