I understand that some people, as is their right, do not agree with or feel that petitions do any good, but we will never really find out if this is the case unless we try, this petition is to try to make the public aware that although the cause of death is heart failure, what we need to know is what causes this in apparently healthy babies, school children and young adults and for scans to be as readily available as vaccinations. We now need 99 further signatures to take this petition to 1000, what we need is anyone who hasn't already done so to please sign as there is not much time left for the petition to run. Well said Marylyn, agree that the diet of some families needs a lot to be desired but as you will know until the government actually state that bad diet is causing so many babies who are not yet into burgers, chips, crisps and all the other c..p kids eat these days as well as school children and young adults people won't sit up and take notice. They have tried with school dinners but if children say they don't want them how many Mums will turn round and say all right the n instead of explaining what is trying to be done for them. Adults as well as children need educating and be made to realise they could also save money, but there again so many Mums have to go to work and it's a case of what is the most convenient for them, it's a catch twenty two situation and we can only do our bit to bring this to everyone's attention.
