You stand up for yourself hun, Doctors are not Gods they make mistakes..
I was diagnosed incorrectly once, I became quite depressed and for nothing.

I am going to see the surgeon.

I will not be treated like a moron. If my neurologist can talk to me as if I do have 2 brain cells that spark why shouldn't this one?

I would not accept the pain was from muscle spasms (which they tried to fob me off with last time). Didn't move from my chair until the man himself came in to examine me and diagnosed nerve damage.

I can see a repeat performance tomorrow :-(( I can be a real pain in the a**e when I want to.

Shame that we have to DEMAND proper treatment.
