I don't think the ignoring bit is the big issue as some people just don't get along....people on the boards can get on quite well independently of each other. What I dislike is when people actively go out of their way to pick on certain people/groups because of who they are or who their friends are and spread malicious gossip.

I can say that a chinese wispering was carried on about me last year and i lost quit a few friends before i found out about it

by then the damage was done
