	Hi TW, Just pace yourself and enjoy it. It's not a race and you can walk, trot or run. It's the finishing and collecting all the money for such a worthwhile cause that matters. My daughter took part last year at Guildford and will be taking part this year at Epsom. She thoroughly enjoyed it. Aileen xxx

Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 23,508 Send Message	It won't be too much hun, it's only 5km. I do 3 at lunchtimes walking to Sainsburys....no problem. It's on grass too, so not too much impact on the hip, unlike concrete...
