Yes, Joy, have been rather quiet of late but then nobody missed me *sob...so have gone on and done things including physically dismantling a bed and chucking it....lol....BC XX

yep a lot recently just dont feel like I belong anywhere at the moment but am trying to keep things going like i was hoping it will blow away from me.

but then somwone will say something that makes me smile and am ok for a bit.

Yeah I have Joyous......sometimes if I am feeling a bit vulnerable and my get up and go has got up and gone....... I feel it's best to take a break gets the old perspective back.
