Hi All,

Can I firstly say thanks to all of you, not just the lovely people that have helped me over the last few days, but to all of you. I have been reading some of the messages posted on here, you are genuinely the nicest (if not maddest) people I have ever met. You have made me laugh and cry and sometimes I have just wanted to jump in and join in, I wish I had done so sooner.
I think what really annoyed me earlier was when some of you mentioned that people you did look ups for didn't say thank-you, that made me mad, I appreciate all the help that I get, in fact a lovely lady called Pam helped me sort out a mystery and all I had to do was order the cert (all refs provided so i didn't have to pay more) I felt awful just saying thanks, didn't seem enough. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, you're all great and you cheer me up just reading your comments
