Very rude to eavesdrop on another conversation. Obviously listened but didn't hear.

My daughter was in the pub last night, with 2 friends. They were having a civilsed conversation, saying how proud they were to be English. They then got on to politics and were discussing how unfair it was that Scottish MP's could vote on English matters, but English MP's couldn't vote on Scottish matters, when they were verbally abused and threatened by a Scottish bloke from 2 tables away
They weren't talking to him, but he kept shouting that they were slagging off the Scots. Daughter and company said they weren't, it was the political situation etc, but he ignored tham and was extremelly aggresive, particualrly to the one male amongst them!!

He managed to upset my daughter, ruined a good evening and didn't do too much for Scottish/English relationships!!
Shame when you can't have a quiet discussion, isn't it?
