hi ann i know it may look daft but why don't you cut holes in the bottom and sides of the binbag to go over your head and put your arms thru at least it will keep you dry xxx |

Stand in bath, unhook shower head and hose from attachment, lean forward a bit with head forward and down a bit, and wet your hair, turn off water, shampoo hair and repeat first part with shower attachment again till well rinsed. |

As you know I have not long had an op and still have a large dressing on the wound which is still stitched and has to be kept dry. |
